PDA
SAM works with PDAs for on-site checks. Your employee checks and records all relevant data on-side with a PDA. Never again you have to record handwritten lists to your EDP equipment.
Barcodes and RFID
You can mark your objects with barcodes or RFID tags. The system reads the data from the tag if you check the marked object.
Reports
Define your own reports. With the report generator it is easy to present an overview about the results of a task. For cost reports it is possible to define calculations. It is also possible to cumulate costs e.g. quarterly costs or yearly costs. All data of the reports can be copied to Excel for further processing.
Warnings
You are able to define upper and lower warning levels. If these warning levels are exceeded a warning will be generated automatically. The date with the time and who confirmed this warning will be stored in the database
Stock
Define the parts of a stock together with information about suppliers, the purchase price as well as minimum stock levels. SAM generates warnings when you minimum stock level is reached. SAM generates e-mails or printouts for ordering of parts.
