DTR Duty Roster Management
Duty Roster Management enables you to plan the Working Times and Shifts as well as keep track of all various leave of absence such as sick leave or vacations.
Duty Roster Management has several modules. They are:
Administration – Master Data – Handling
In this module you create and manage the master data, which will be used by all Duty Roster modules. Following master data will be inserted / edited through the module:
Duty Roster Master Plan, Holidays, Details of your Company, Lists of Values and Teams.
Staff
In the module Staff you create / edit the data files of all employees which will be used throughout Duty Roster, i.e. personal information as well as position, contracted working hours, vacation entitlement etc.
System Administration
In this module you define the Duty Roster Management Users access. You specify the names, passwords and the access rights of the users who are entitled to work with DTR.
Planning
In the module Planning you create the Master Shift Plan for Duty Roster. This Master Plan will repeat itself at regular intervals defined by you. Based on this Master Plan you will be able to generate the Working Times for any Period of Time for all employees.
Working
In the module Working you record the actual Working Times of each single employee. Keep track of sick leaves, vacations, as well as view a month report. The report lists all Employees and the hours they have worked within this month including a summary of all days of absence.
Wage – Optional
In the module Wage all wages need to be defined. When inserting a new Wage, the characteristics of it have to be specified, i.e. which wage type should be assigned to which wage group. The various wage types are defined under the list of values in the application Administration. For example: Shift Surcharges, Type of Extra Pay, the Period of Time and the days of the week this Wage should apply to. Since the wage structure vary from company to company special configuration adjustments might be necessary at additional cost.
